IT Manager Greg Durrenberger - first started working in I.T. for Riverdale Unified School District in 2005 as a part time PC Technician, while attending college full time, pursing a degree in I.T.. Greg was asked to join South County Support Services in 2005 as a PC Technician II. As the department quickly grew Greg moved up the ladder becoming a Field Supervisor and IT Manager. In 2009 Greg became the new IT Director. Greg has been interested in computers since high school. He started staying after school to learn how to install new parts and how computers worked. This is when he determined that the I.T. industry was his destiny. It is because of Greg’s drive, dedication, and enthusiasm that has excelled him in I.T. and made him a professional leader in his field.

Network Administrator Dennis Wells - graduated from Micro Computer Education in Fresno, Ca. in 2002 where he earned Certifications in CompTia A+, Network+, Microsoft MCP, Microsoft MCSE and Cisco CCNA. He began work at Caruthers Unified School District in 2002 as a PC Technician. During his tenure at Caruthers, he migrated the district from an NT4 domain to a 2003 Domain, implementing Active Directory and Group Policy. In 2005 he joined South County Support Agency as the Network Administrator where he now over sees the daily maintenance, security, service and upgrades for servers, workstations, network infrastructure, as well as Exchange, SIS, and educational software for all the managed school districts.

IT Administrative Assistant Lynn Hill - has worked in an office setting for many years and joined South County Support Services in August of 2004 as a front office receptionist. Due to outstanding work performance and a drive for growth, Lynn was promoted to Administrative Assistant for the newly formed and quickly growing Information Technology Department. A few of her current duties includes assisting clients via telephone and email, dispatching technicians, monitoring of workloads and routine administrative duties for the Director. Other duties include invoicing and record keeping for the department. She finds working with the various school sites and the office staff here very enjoyable.

PC Technician I David Cabrera - came to South County Support Services in August of 2006 as a PC Technician. David first became interested in computers when he received his first Windows 98 computer. Whenever the computer would crash, he would find himself researching on how to troubleshoot and repair it. It was at this point David realized his fascination of computers and how learning the easiest and fastest way of repairing a system intrigued him. David never stops learning new technology because “with technology there’s always something new to learn”. |

Dennis Wells is also an expert on "Experts Exchange" and assists other IT Professionals as well.
